REFUNDS & RETURNS

Returns and exchanges of physical products are accepted within 10 days of actual delivery to you, provided items are returned in their original condition with packaging.

To make an exchange or arrange for a return, please email bulldragon909@gmail.com for instructions; please include the order number and the desired exchange item, including its size (if applicable) with a shipping address confirmation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in connection with item exchanges and returns. Items with visible damage, and other damaged items, cannot be returned or exchanged. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, in Ra El Bul’s discretion.

Payments for Services are non-refundable.
